Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at Projectlegacy24@gmail.com. After your return is approved, you’ll be provided with the return address. Please note that items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
